Identifying the critical “bricks and mortar” projects
Prioritizing those projects to insure that the most mission critical ones are addressed first
Interfacing with architects and contractors to ensure that projects are scheduled in a timely and appropriate manner
Managing the cash flow needed to provide payment for the projects
Reporting their work to the Vestry, Capital Campaign Steering Committee and congregation

The Committee commissioned 2 studies which were conducted by the firm of Connolly and Hickey, Preservation Architects. They produced an Historic Preservation plan for the Church and another for the Parish House. They conducted an in-depth analysis of the condition of each of the buildings. They outlined the projects that need to be completed, along with cost estimates for each and they divided the work for each building into 3 phases with the highest priority projects identified as Phase 1 projects to be undertaken as soon as possible. Grants from the Community Development Block Grant Association and the Morris County Historic Preservation Trust Fund have been awarded to date in the amount of approximately $190,000.
